Greg met Ian in university and they worked together in the ski industry for Intrawest in Whistler. In 2002, Greg and Ian joined up to manage real estate projects in the Okanagan Valley of BC. Greg is a successful entrepreneur having established Signs Now Canada, CHC Home Exporters (Japan), and Corporate Athletic Clothing Inc.
Ian MacLeod

Ian’s business career began in the resort industry working with Intrawest Corporation in Whistler, B.C., where he managed part of the Whistler Mountain Ski School and later worked on sales and marketing with the real estate division. He was the Sales Director of Club Intrawest and then became a Real Estate Launch Specialist with Sapera (Intrawest’s predecessor to Playground) working on projects in Whistler, California, and Colorado. In 2001, Ian established his own real estate sales & marketing business, taking on projects first in Canada: Victoria, Pender Island, Kelowna, Big White Ski Resort, Predator Ridge Golf Resort, Okanagan Golf Club and Silver Star Ski Resort. In addition to projects in Canada, Ian has managed major resort projects in Seattle, Washington, and Los Angeles, California. Most recently she served as Vice President of Marketing at S&P Destination Properties, overseeing the marketing success of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, recognized for single-day sales of $700 million, setting records worldwide. During this time she also worked with Ritz-Carlton, Orient-Express, Oberoi, JALUX, Seven Signatures and The Lyle Anderson Company. Her strong leadership skills and intense focus ensures on-time and on-budget delivery of world-class marketing for over 100 projects.
