All of us here at Rancho Los Labradores welcome you to see our dream fulfilled. It is a dream that started five years ago. Thanks to the leadership of Mr. Sergio Chazaro, his brother Dario and his son Eric, owners of the project, it is coming true. We have 35 years of architectural design and construction experience in Mexico City, Acapulco, León, Celaya, Ixtapa, Cuernavaca, and (now) San Miguel de Allende. These years have been invaluable in the creation of Rancho Los Labradores. Here you will find an active social life and the privacy of your own home in which to enjoy this remarkable countryside living.
There are 45 home sites with large lots surrounding a landscaped series of lakes with water cascading from lake to lake. The colonial touch of old San Miguel is seen in the cobble-stone streets and the handsome gate and entranceway. The glorious sunrises and sunsets and spectacular mountain views are free of overhead wires as all utilities are underground.
The Casa Club is the center of social life at Los Labradores. We have a spa, a workout room, a unique restaurant, and a stables for horses, burros, sheep, and two proud roosters. In the spa you can get massages, facials, and other body treatments. Cardiovascular exercise machines and resistance training equipment are in our gym. In our restaurant we will be serving delicious Mexican cuisine.
We have just inaugurated our heated swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, the tennis court and the workshop areas, all great places to meet people and share common interests. Los Labradores has all the conventional services of a country club, also a multicultural mix of people and life styles. Students can discover and develop their abilities in sculpture, painting, engraving, tango, salsa, yoga, reading clubs, bridge, and ceramic workshops among other hobbies and skills.
We shall have a small commercial area to meed immediate needs of our residents. We have a 180 seat theatre for live performances as well as art movies. We also have a pharmacy, cafeteria/book store, video shop, deli/convenience store, a veterinarian, and a bookstore.
