In reflection of his dedication, Steve was awarded the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award for career achievement in 2007, and the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Award for sales excellence from 2007 through to 2010. In addition, every year since 2011, Steve has received RE/MAX's highest honour - the Diamond Club Award. In 2013 in through 2016, he received a Top Transaction Award from RE/MAX for being #1 with most homes sold in a small market. In 2013 through 2016, The Bailey Group finished among the Top 25 Teams in North America based on sales volume and was the #1 Team servicing clients in Waterloo Region, Wellington County, Brant County and Halton Region.
In 2017, Steve was elected by his peers - other Brokers and Agents - to serve on the Real Estate Council of Ontario's (RECO) prestigious Board of Directors. This gives Steve a an advantage because he is at the forefront of what is happening and changing in the industry.
