Rick Roberts is currently an associate broker Coldwell Banker TEC in Mandeville, Louisiana. Rick has been a licensed broker for the past 28 years working as a full time REALTOR. Rick has served in a variety of REALTOR ® leadership positions at the national, state and local level, including serving as Louisiana Realtors President in 2012, and convention chair for the National Association of Realtors. Rick presently serves as Chairman of the Louisiana Real Estate Commission representing District 1. Rick has served and consulted hundreds of families during his career in the greater New Orleans and north shore area. Sandra Roberts
Sandra Roberts is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker TEC in Mandeville. Sandra has been licensed since 1977 and has owned her own brokerage successfully carving out her own niche market in the New Orleans and north shore area. Sandra subsequently merged her company with another New Orleans based brokerage while consistently closing as many as 100 transaction sides per year. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she co-owned Avalar Realty, working with her son in forming the top team each of the nine years with Keller Williams Realty and with Avalar Realty.
Sandra has received many sales recognition awards including the Ruby Award for most transaction sides in a single year, and the Commercial Diamond Award for highest dollar production in commercial sales. Sandra is also a lifetime million-dollar club member for both the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Northshore Area Board of Realtors.
