For seven consecutive years — 2018 through 2024 — Jay has been ranked as the #1 Individual Broker by Sales Volume at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty's Seattle office. In 2022, he was also ranked the #1 Individual Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Broker companywide by sales volume and the #2 Individual Broker statewide across all brokerages by WSJ | Real Trends. His experience representing managers to C-Level executives for some of the largest companies in the Pacific Northwest places him in the top 1% of sales volume nationwide.
Jay's professional background includes tenure at both Ewing & Clark, Seattle’s oldest luxury real estate brokerage firm, and Coldwell Banker Bain, the #1 Coldwell Banker affiliate worldwide at the time. During his time at both firms, Jay and his business partner were the top-producing brokers in their offices. While at Ewing & Clark, Jay was appointed to the Board of Regents of LuxuryRealEstate.com, and at Coldwell Banker, he achieved the company’s highest sales designation of International President’s Premier.
As a member of The Wall Street Journal | Barrons Group Leaders in Real Estate Council, the leading invitation-only thought leadership council nationwide, and Sotheby’s International Realty's Next Gen Affinity Group—a select collection of 40 agents out of over 21,000 companywide—Jay lends his voice and insight to shape the future of the company. Jay holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington. He is a third-generation real estate broker, a fourth-generation native of the Pacific Northwest, and was born and raised on Seattle’s Eastside.
