Situated midway between Chianciano Terme and Cetona, near the hamlet of Sarteano, the estate covers about 80 comprising two main groups of farmhouses.
The location is superb, overlooking the spectacular panorama of the Val d'Orcia landscape with its gently rolling hills.
Description of buildings
The first group of buildings called "Podere Tre Case", is composed of a farmhouse with pool, mainly restored on two floors for a total surface of about 362 sqm.
The ground floor hosts a spacious and bright living area consisting of living-room with fireplace, kitchen, dining-room and sitting-room. The rest of the ground floor is designed as sleeping area with three en-suite bedrooms. The level is completed by two storerooms.
