Born and raised in Long Island, New York and a graduate of University of Florida, Peter has been selling real estate in the Virgin Islands for twenty years. He moved to St. Thomas to enjoy the climate, beautiful waters, friendly people and ideal investment opportunities. Peter also offers extensive experience as a seller in commercial, development, and luxury residential property. Leadership positions in community and commercial interests provide Peter with an exceptional referral network and insight into the needs of individual residences and investment opportunities. Peter’s spare time is spent in trying to lower his 6 handicap on various Caribbean golf courses or trying to land his first 1,000 lb. Blue Marlin or out on the Antilles School Sports fields coaching his son Tynan grade school athletic events, with the support of his wife, Paulette.

Born and raised on St Thomas, Nick has traveled extensively throughout the globe with his family and is convinced that there is no place better to live and work than the Virgin Islands. A frigid several years at Colgate University in upstate New York has been enough winter for him except for the yearly ski trip with his family to Park City Utah. Nick has been with John Foster Real Estate since 1987. Prior to that, he owned and managed a successful sail loft and raced internationally. Consistently one of the highest producers within the St Thomas Board of Realtors Multiple Listing system. Nick is committed to community involvement through service in local and Territorial Board of Realtors, and an active member of Rotary international. Family is now Nick’s leisure priority with his wife, Joyce, a CPA, daughter Andi and son William. International travel, sailing and sailboat racing are all activities the family enjoys together. Flying customers throughout the US and British Virgin Islands as well as other parts of the Caribbean, that he knows so well, is just one way that Nick is able to assist his clients in finding just “the perfect” property.
