BIOGRAPHY

After working for a local real estate firm for several years, Joe founded Executive Realty over 20 years ago and maintains the position of President. Throughout his career, he has been involved with the sale of industrial, commercial, and residential properties within the United States; for over 15 years, he has been the national real estate consultant for a multi-billion dollar industrial conglomerate based in Europe dealing with acquisitions and divestitures of their many US properties.

Locally, Joe has been elected twice as President of the Narragansett Chamber of Commerce and has served as chairman for the Lion's Club Blessing of the Fleet, Heart Sunday, Cancer Fund, United Way and Meeting Street School charities. Involvement in his alma mater, University of Rhode Island, allowed Joe to serve for the last 17 years to present on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the URI Foundation and a member of the Investment and Chairman of its Real Estate Committee. A former President of the URI Athletic Association, Joe chaired the Major Donor Committee to secure private funding so that the multi-purpose Ryan Center could be built.

Joe has been engaged in brokering, developing, and also construction of real estate; presently he is a licensed broker in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
