Holding a B.S. degree in Finance, Joe Allen is skilled at asset valuation, marketing, and sales. With this background in business finance, Joe is equally adept at listing and selling both commercial and residential real estate. As a multi-million dollar producer, Joe and his team of professionals have led the way to success for their clients and have a proven track record of closed transactions. Joe currently represents a few small, local banks and credit unions with REO asset disposition, but is currently expanding his portfolio to include national clients. References are available upon request.In 2009, Joe founded Auction Absolute, a regional real estate auction company that acts as a liaison between individual sellers, banks, and asset managers and Williams and Williams Real Estate Auctions, one of the largest real estate auction firms in the nation.In an effort to give back to the community, Joe volunteers his time with the Washington County Arts Council as a member of the board and has been pivotal in cultivating a thriving arts community throughout Southern Utah. Joe is an accomplished pianist, and saxophonist.When he isn’t serving his clients, Joe competes in endurance events, running marathons and competing in triathlons. He is an avid rock climber and has scaled many of the sheer rock faces across North America.
